Walking distance to the stores - 200 ft. to a restaurant and market. Beach is close by. All you need to bring are linens for the beds and towels for the bathroom, kitchen and beach. 
Selection of indoor family games, all rooms have ceiling fans. $800 per week, Saturday to Saturday. No smoking or pets.
