ARCHIE LAFRENIERE’S PARADISE BAY COTTAGE

Clean and cozy two-bedroom cottage sleeps 6 (one bedroom has a double bed, the other has twin beds, and a pull-out queen couch in living room). It’s located on a private beach with a lovely view of the harbor and its activity, just 4 blocks from town/boat dock. It has a fully equipped kitchen, very nice living room furniture, satellite TV, charcoal grill, picnic tables, and beach fire pit. The shallow water out in front makes it perfect for small children. Please No pets or smoking at the cottage.

Off season rates available, two night minimum. Prior to mid-June rates are $750 per week. Again, after Labor Day, rates are $750 per week. From mid-June to Labor Day rates are $900 weekly, Saturday to Saturday.
